ProRail merges into Express-Interfracht

ProRail Internationale Speditionsgesellschaft m.b.H, since 2001 a 100% affiliate of Rail Cargo Austria Group, is a specialized railway carrier for the timber industry with focus on Italy.
In order to act as a strong partner for our customers, Rail Cargo Austria will continue the implementation of the current restructuring program. This program contains fundamental structural changes within the company and its service portfolio, as well as the optimization of the affiliate portfolio.
To pursue the successful restructuring process, we resolved upon the entry in the commercial register of the merger of ProRail into Express-Interfracht by November 29, with the aim of implementing a transparent, sustainable portfolio, to react optimally to customer requirements and offer one-stop services. The present service package will be available without any changes.
Express-Interfracht, as a global logistics provider, offers its customers services in all transport sectors such as rail transports, transports by ship, truck, plane as well as special logistics solutions and disposes of a longstanding experience as well as dense international network of partners.
